Guest Invitation

Guests Attendance

  1. Only two (2) of the graduands guests are permitted to attend.
  2. The convocation ceremony can also be followed through the official facebook page of USM@USMOfficial1969 or YouTube live streaming.

Collection of Invitation Cards

  1. Graduands or their representatives can collect the invitation cards at the Convocation Secretariat Counter on the date of "Collection of Academic Dress Session".
  2. The University is not responsible for the lost of the invitation cards and will not be replaced.
  3. Each graduand will be given two (2) invitation cards to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

Rules in the hall

  1. Enter DTSP entrance through the designated door no later than 8:30 a.m. (for morning session) and at 2:30 p.m. (for afternoon session).
  2. Not allowed to bring the flower bouquet or gifts into the hall.
  3. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to enter the hall.
  4. Not permitted to leave the hall until the Convocation session end.
  5. Guests of the graduands entering the hall are advised to wear appropriate attire in accordance with formal occasion etiquette.

Guest Dress Attire

  1. Male Guests : National Attire / Batik / Lounge Suit / Official attire.
  2. Female Guests: National Attire / Batik / Official Attire / Appropriate Attire.
  3. Shoes : Fully Covered.
