'Graduation-in-Council' or GIC is a policy on the submission of degree scrolls and academic transcripts to the graduates after graduation approval by the Senate.

1. Graduates are required to settle all outstanding debts with the University (tuition fees, accommodation fees, etc).
2. All applications are subject to the approval of the Registrar.
3. The degree scroll and academic transcripts will be given after 14 working days from the date of approval.
