Before the Convocation Ceremony

1. Not COVID-19 positive.
   
   
2. No COVID-19 symptoms upon attendance.
   
   
3. Not under observation or surveillance (HSO).
   
   
4. Graduands with symptoms are not allowed to attend the Convocation Ceremony.

During the Convocation Ceremony

1. Graduands must report at the designated hall that has been scheduled according to their own sessions as follows:

2. Late comers will not be permitted to attend the Convocation Ceremony.
   
   
3. Graduands must wear the complete academic dress (robe, mortarboard and hood).
   
   
4. Graduans with symptoms need to report at Pusat Sejahtera counter.
   
   
5. Graduands with disabilities and special needs must report in DTSP.
